One Client: No Tabbix agent ping and Version information

Hi,

I've on one client no value for the zabbix agent ping and the zabbix agent version.

When I proof the settings against an other client I got no diffrence.

Other values will've values, but not all.

The agents are both from debian stable as version 4.0.4.

Does it work if you run the check manually on that client?

yes this working.

I try

zabbix_get -k agent.version -s fti-buildx.ftigroup.net --tls-connect psk --tls-psk-identity PSKIDENTITY --tls-psk-file /etc/zabbix/zabbixpskfile

from the server too and it works.

Even in the GUI there is no value.
I follow up to investigate this thing.

I reassign the linux template to the host. Now the data is served,..
