Invalid 10 Minute Queue Numbers

-(More than 100 items having missing data for more than 10 minutes) item is collecting data about how many items are missing data for more than 10 minutes-

We upgraded our zabbix from 2.2.2 to 3.0.1 2 weeks ago and after that upgrade we are issuing that error above. When we check the Administration > Queue page in overwiev tab we can see 371 issue at "More than 10 minute" column.

When we check the detail tab we only see less then 15 jobs at a time and there is not any jobs that is on the queue "More than 10 minute" at that tab.

We are not sure that this problem occured after upgrade or not.

Is there anyway that we can clean these missing items?

What you see is not related to any zabbix issue per se.
It is more about your metrics settings issues.
You need to go to Administration > Queue page and heck every item listed on this list and check what is going on with delivery of the monitoring data to zabbix server.
If you will identify host and item name you need to check how monitoring data on exact metrics are obtained for example on zabbix agents side.
It may be wrong permission on access to monitoring data from the agent. It can be many other reasons why such data was not possible to obtain from monitored objects. Lack of any traces of delivery of such data is causing that on server side those data according to sampling rate was not possible to store in zabbix database backend.
So there is no general/single answer on your questions because everything depends on what and how you are monitoring you monitored objects.
