Problem with getting the information with zabbix agent about the brand and the model

Hi guys, I installed zabbix 6.0.9 and his agent in these hosts with Windows and setted up the windows template.
I'm receiving all the information concerning the use of the components but i'm not able to receive the brand and the model of these components (like for instance system.cpu -> intel core i7-6700k).

I see in this documentation that we have the key system.hw.* which is the one i need https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...s/zabbix_agent

The problem is the following, i'm never getting these key from the agent, how it is possible? Should i set some var in zabbix_agent.conf?

I found in documentation that the keys system.hw.* are supported only in Linux platforms.

So i need another solution to get these informations about the vendor,brand and the model.
