Templates for testing bandwidth

Do the template to test the bandwidth of a link there at different times?
It is possible some time template for uptime or top uptime suggest me(snmp) ?

Zabbix it is not a testing but monitoring tool/software.
Other variant of the comment is that depends on your understanding what is in this case test you can use monitoring data to show some problems with bandwidth
And/or .. you need to be a bit more precise about with what kind of dilemma or issue you are dealing because IMO it is not fully clear what what you are tying to archive

Then Icant give links throughput to graph , is that exactly ? (whats that way if i will whats your suggestion for me ?
From what plugins I use that server 's uptime & Down time Servers ,whtas plugin relate to uptime & top time or top show top uptime (for example ive tested graphs icmp&ping reseted that relates server but didnt show any alarm for me , a few minutes after reset show that inside graph pings fall that didnt obvious
