Zabbix Agent - Service Start Error 1053

I am facing problems with zabbix agent. I followed install instructions as per manual.

When i try to start the service from services.msc in it gives me error saying:

Windows could not start the Zabbix Agent service on Local Computer.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in timely fashion.

I will be very grateful for your help and advice!!

Hello,

same problem here. It isn't possible to become the Agent 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 running. The system I tried ist Windows 10, Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2. On each system the same error code 1053.

It seams to be a compiling problem?
