Help with Zabbix expression

Hello,

I'm trying to update my trigger expression in Zabbix to fire only if the problem is seen 4 times in 24h.
Currently, I'm using the expression 'last(/example/host.example[{#HOSTNAME}])=0' and I can see the problem each time when it happens.
I would appreciate some feedback and help with this matter as I'm new to Zabbix and still learning.

Use count() function.
count(/host/key,10m,"gt",12) → number of values for the last 10 minutes until now that are over '12'
