Database Upgrade to v3

I've just carried out the upgrade on Zabbix to version 3. All has gone well other than the database hasn't been updated and when i browse to the control panel i get the following message;

Database error
The frontend does not match Zabbix database. Current database version (mandatory/optional): 2040000/2040000. Required mandatory version: 3000000. Contact your system administrator.

Is there a way i can manually tell Zabbix to upgrade the database?

scrap that, checked in the zabbix_server.log file and it was just taking a while on 11%.

All updated and working now.
