Using URL instead of IP

Sorry for this question, i do not know where to set a DNS name on my zabbix server
i want to use http://mydomain.com/zabbix instead of the IP

If I understand this question correctly, then you are asking for instructions on how to point your domain name to your Zabbix server's IP address. I can not give you specific instructions, because each domain provider has a different system on how to do that, but the basic principle is to log in to your account on your domain providers website, and create an "A record" that assigns your Zabbix server's IP address to your domain (ex. http://mydomain.com/zabbix).
