Is it possible to trigger any kind of alert after a problem is acknowledged?

    Is it possible to trigger any kind of alert after a problem is acknowledged?

    It would be awesome if i could send an email or sms message when someone acknowledges a problem. This way if its in the middle of the night, the whole team doesn't need to wake up to look at the problem, they know its being handled already. I'm open to other suggestions on how to handle this as well

    The idea is interesting, but there is no such functionality....
    You can only not inform about the problem if it is acknowledged. (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...acknowledgment)

      When someone checks the Problem event, writes a message in the Update problem of the event and updates it, I think that the message could have been sent if the action setting was set for Update operations.
