Hello, I can't for the life of me figure out the proper time format for this media alert.
I am trying to get the second one to be from 11:01 pm to 6am so not to have an overlap from the previous alert.. One sends an SMS on critical the other sends just an Email on critical once it gets to a certain time. I can get it to work with 00:01-06:00am no problem but not any time period before that..
Alert before is from 06:00-23:00 = 6am to 11pm works fine now i need the reverse of that to cover the time period over the night to just send emails on critical.
I have tried so many different formats and they all keep throwing the error.. Anyone have any idea what the proper time format would be for 11:01pm to 6am? I've been doing 23:01-06:00
error is Incorrect Value for Field "period": a time period is expected.. I tried to attach screenshots but its not letting me.
