having a problem with Zabbix

I noticed that zabbix was complaining that the MS Edge Update Service (edgedupdate) wasn't running because the startup type was misconfigured. So I went into each of the servers and set the startup type to manual and set the current problem to supress for 1 day and acknowledge. Well 1 day later and its reporting the same problem, so clearly the part that is supposed to check the status of the service isn't working.

I guess I have to suppress the warning indefinitely?

Exclude it from discovery... There is plenty of topics around, which describe how to do it (besides reading the manual also...)
