Links to graphs from external page?

Can I link to any Zabbix visualisation graphs from an external website? Ideally, I'd love to have a simple WP presentation site that upper management could easily view and monitor only view the metrics specific to their needs.

I was thinking if there was a url that included a query or similar that I could insert into the external page to display the graph.

Is something like this possible?

You can configure some individual Graphs or Screens.
And then include the link to it in your WP page.

Graphs have a link like :

http://z.hq.sgl.com/zabbix/charts.php?sid=79102f9cae417343&form_refresh=1&fullscreen=0&groupid=4&[B]hostid=10148[/B]&[B]graphid=2777[/B]

Screens have a link like:

http://z.hq.sgl.com/zabbix/screens.php?sid=79102f9cae417343&form_refresh=1&fullscreen=0&[B]elementid=59[/B]

I highlighted the elements, which contains Host ID and Graph ID / Element ID.
