A user which has "User role" is not able to get email notification

Hi everyone,
I am newbie in Zabbix creating a non admin user but Zabbix is not sending alerts. I realized that only Admin or Super admin roles can get email notifications in Zabbix 6.4 version. What I did to pass this thru is that I did create group and give read permission to the hosts however, it didn't work out. Is there any workaround for this or only Admin or Super admin roles can get email alerts?

6.4 is dev version, so everything can happen, but in grand scheme of things, this is not true... Every user should be able to receive notifications.
You should go through Notifications paragraph in docs and make sure everything is configured correctly . https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../notifications

Yes you are correct it's not true in general I have just realized that giving read permission to host wasn't configured properly. It started sending to the user even it does not have role added.
