Is it possible to plot delayed data

I'm monitoring data from azure and it doesnt become available for a few days so plotting it as it enteres isnt quite right. Is it possible to receive data from items with an included timestamp so that the data gets placed into the correct place.

Is it also possible to update that data as I suspect it will trickle in during the day.

zabbix_sender can send timestamps+values to Zabbix trapper items. Also, you can extract timestamps from items of type log.
