Hello, this might be more of a general question, but I'll be grateful for any answer.
I want to use SLA, but I need to be able to show reports that cover a long period of time (5 years). If I enable housekeeping for Services and set it to 1826 days, will the data in SLA reports persist for that time? Or if I disable housekeeping for services, will the data be retained for ever? Or I am out of my mind and this setting doesn't affect reports?
