How can add one item from a host to the other group

I have 10 hosts and each hosts has 200 items. at the first step I have created 3 groups such as : App , db , web
I have a questions :

I have added host1 to App group but now want one of the items from host1 also add to db group (just one items from hos1 not all items)

I would create a template with the items and link the template to the host(s).
