    Remove trigger acknowledgement

We are running Zabbix 2.4.3 and are using it to monitor connections.

    Yesterday we acknowledged some triggers.

Is it possible to undo or remove these triggers somehow, without having to bring these connections up (the problem is still there, but we want it to be actively monitored again)?

    Thanks for your help!

In my experience, acknowledging a trigger does not prevent monitoring from occurring - otherwise how would a trigger ever clear?
Admittedly I am a little behind the times when it comes to Zabbix - still chugging away on 2.2 here - so you may have your Zabbix configured in such a way that it does indeed stop monitoring once something has been acknowledged.

      Thanks for your reply!

I think I'm using the wrong terms here.

We have a trigger defined, which we acknowledged. Now the trigger is still active and I want the ack to be removed, if possible.

Normally an ack gets automatically removed when the trigger isn't active (i.e. disk space is sufficient again) anymore.
For this particular trigger, it won't automatically de-activate for some time so I would need a way to remove the ack manually (again, if possible).

Might this be the right choice of words?
