Hi, I don't have Veeam but in his template doc says that you need to configure Macros

Go to HOST -> Select your VEEAM hosts, configure, Macros and add the macros and the value

If there's a firewall between Zabbix and Veeam, check if the port of API is allowed

As said in Zabbix doc

Create a user to monitor the service or use an existing read-only account.

You need to create a user with read-only account but as I can see in docs, you can test with admin user & password.
