I have a Zabbix server that I would like to pull the data from due to issues with the server and import into a new Zabbix server 6.0.13. Is it possible to pull the mysql data from the broken install and import it into the new install? Also, are the zabbix 4.0.16 agents compatible with 6.0.13? Thanks for any info or input.

Depends, what is broken...
But in general you can point your new v6 to old v4 DB and at first startup it should do necessary upgrade tasks... Or in case of platform changes, you can recreate your old v4 db in newer db version and then let server do the upgrades... you cannot upload v4 DB into v6 schema...
