Installing Zabbix Server on a Guest VM and Running From Guest VM with Guest OS

Hi, I am new to Zabbix and how to install and run. So my question might sound a little strange / not completely correct ... apologies if so.
Is it possible to install Zabbix Server on a Host OS with Guest VM running a RHEL OS + Zabbix Server Application ?

As it does not seem to be working after setting up this type of environment

Any help would be appreciated or guidance

It is possible to run Zabbix server on a VM. However, it is necessary for the VM to be able to communicate with the target server or device that you want to monitor, so if you use an interface that can only communicate with the host in the VM network settings, it will not work.
Also, please be more specific about what the problem is.

Hi Atsushi, thankyou for your reply and apologies been a while to get back to you. So let me explain my issue a little more clear.

I have a bare metal server with RHEL OS
Then i have built various VM's with Guest OS as RHEL + Applications
Then i have built a VM with Guest OS as RHEL + Zabbix

My  Zabbix Application VM can monitor and communicate with:

1. Windows Devices being monitored by Zabbix all ok - via an agent installed
2. Its own server / VM OS  being monitored by Zabbix all ok - via an agent installed
3. Any networking devices using snmp v3 credentials / MIB are being monitored all ok by Zabbix
4. Bare Metal Server with RHEL Host OS ... being monitored all ok by Zabbix

5. It is just the other Guest VM's + with RHEL that having trouble with monitoring. 
I can not discover the Guest VM's

I have opened up the internal RHEL firewall commands to allow all traffic
All devices are on a flat network in same Subnet IP Addressing Space
I can ICMP Ping the  Guest VM's all ok ( point 5) and get good response

Unfortunately at this stage as i have not been moderated i can not upload a diagram of the set up

Any idea's would be good on how to set up monitoring of Guest VM's with Application  in RHEL that sits on the same Bare Metal HW ... as a Guest VM running Zabbix
