Database creation script

Hi guys,

I'm installing database and zabbix 3.0 in new VM.

Based on the instruction, I should import 3 sql files into the database. However,
in the /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql-3.0.1, i only can find 1 create.gz and after extract is only 1 create.sql .

I would like to check is it in version 3, they have combined 3 files into 1 or the files is located at other location.

Hello again!

If you are installing Zabbix Server from packages, then yes, you need only one file that are in

/usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql-3.0.2/create.sql.gz

To install Zabbix Server from sources, you will need only 1 file if you need just Zabbix Proxy, or 3 files for Zabbix Server
They are located in Zabbix sources

Thanks. As i was confused when i saw DB creation scripts, it shows to import 3 sql files.

Previously installed v2.4 required import 3 files so just to clarified.
