zabbix 6.2.6 stoped working

Hello, perhaps someone had same issue and can help.
Zabbix 6.2.6 + postgreSQL 14 (timescaleDB2.8) stopped working. Simple check, snmp check, passive check from agent - nothing getting new values.
All proxy works fine, active check also works.
Updated to 6.2.8 - not fixed.
Then created new database and migrated to new instance of zabbix to 6.2.8 + postgreSQL 14 (timescale db2.8) - and after 7 days it again stops working.
Service works, zabbix_get is getting value, test item also getting value.
We have abou 15-20 proxy servers and they all are working and sending information to zabbix and we see values...
