Hi all,
The organization that I work uses zabbix from a long time, but only recently (less than a month) we started to configure services and SLAs to measure the quality of contracted services.
By contract we have the following SLA definition: " While the utilization is lower than NN% of the total bandwidth, the link must provide maximum latency of Yms and up to X% packets loss". I already created the services and SLA using only the latency and loss, but I don`t know how a "high link usage trigger could "disable the sla accounting"
Thanks for any advice
