How to repeat noti sound on graphical interface for unsolved trigger

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Zabbix System. We have employees who will monitor Zabbix 24/7 for resolving the issues come immediately when trigger alert about our system.

However, sometimes employees forget monitoring about trigger alerting. The problem that trigger alert, still not resolve in a long time, maybe 3 - 4 hours.
I want Zabbix server to auto repeat 3x times for an unsolved trigger till trigger is OK.

The main idea, i want to mention here is : how to repeat the notification sound in the graphical interface of Zabbix to remind the employee, who monitor Zabbix, that the problem still here in case they bypass some trigger notification important ?

Have you tried to enable Frontend messaging in User profile >> Messaging and increase "Message timeout" ?
