API for fetching performance metrics

Hi Team,

I wanted to collect all performance metrics for all hosts and push the response to the webhook endpoint. Also share if any REST API is available to collect all performance metrics. Can someone help me with this?

The Zabbix API can get the last value, history or trends from all items on all hosts, probably not in one call. (Where that makes sense, they must be numerical values of course).
