Formatting item names

Does anyone have any tried and tested approaches to naming items?

I've been using Zabbix for a few years now and I still can't decide if I prefer

Admin status of BGP peer 1.1.1.1
Admin status of BGP peer 2.2.2.2
Operational status of BGP peer 1.1.1.1
Operational status of BGP peer 2.2.2.2

or

Peer 1.1.1.1 admin status
Peer 1.1.1.1 operational status
Peer 2.2.2.2 admin status
Peer 2.2.2.2 operational status

The first one gives you a nice summary of all the admin statuses together, whereas the second one gives you everything about a peer at once.
