Changing zabbix page title and name

In the old 1.8.x if i changed the name in the zabbix.conf.php file, the name in the interface would change.
Why is this not working in 2.4 version?

Is this stored somewhere else?

Hello waardd!

Edited zabbix.conf.php on Zabbix 2.4.8 and 3.0.2 for testing purposes.
everything works fine, title changes.

I edited the wrong file

There was antoher config file that was used.
