Zabbix send email notify

I have problem about zabbix 3.0 send email notify. I cannot send to another user except Admin. How do resolve it?

Can you please confirm that other users are set up correctly?

Maybe mails are going through but ending up in some Junk folder?

Yes, I configed correctly. But when system had problem. I check action log I don't see System send mail to email of user tienbm. I attached some images of config:

I recived a warning: "The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.". I edit my post so I cann't understand this warning

Hello again!

Sorry, but we might need two more screenshots to help you
As i can see from last picture. On trigger action you have two operation steps configured.

Step one: Send email to Admin
Step two: Send email to tienbm

There could be some misconfiguration in this steps.
So please, if it possible, add screenshots.

Or you could just try delete second Operation step.
And edit first one like my example:

Have you tried to send notification ONLY to that 2nd user?
Try to remove admin from "Send to Users" and see what's going on.

I tried remove user Admin from " send to users". When remove Admin from it, action don't send email to Guest user.

That's weird.....

Maybe try to increase DebugLevel= for this case and check if something new appears in logs about this notification.

I think i found a problem!
Do you have at least read permissions set to guest user for the host of that trigger?

• Zabbix sends notifications only to those users that have at least 'read' permissions to the host that generated the event. At least one host of a trigger expression must be accessible.
