where is the global macro list v2.4?

i can't seem to find the global macro list for v2.4?

is it viewable?

Global macros can be found in frontend Administration → General → Macros

Welcome to forum!

In zabbix frontend there are 3 places where you can set macros.
Zabbix substitutes macros according to the following precedence:
1) Host level
2) Template level
3) Global

1) To set macros on host level go to Configuration - Hosts, click on host and select Macro tab.
2) To set macros on template level, go to Configuration - Templates , click on template and select Macro tab.
3) To set a Global macros, go to Administration - General, in the dropdown menu choose Macros.

thanks for the replies ... i'm a long time nagios user so i'm used to being able to find config files and settings on the command line ...

i think Dmitryb's succinct explanation should be added to the zabbix documentation
