SMTP alerts via custom port

Hi,

Does anyone know if Zabbix supports custom ports for SMTP?
It works when I use port 25 but it says 'cannot connect to server' when I use any other custom port number.
The ports are not blocked on the SMTP server as other services use this custom port.

We're running Zabbix 6.0 on CentOS 9 - I'm not sure if there are any blocks on the Linux end but I've allowed the custom port through the firewall on CentOS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check selinux. By default there is a restriction, so Zabbix can connect only "known" ports..

If you want to determine whether zabbix can connect to all TCP ports, you must turn on the zabbix_can_network boolean. Disabled by default.

setsebool -P zabbix_can_network 1
