    Aggregated monitoring frontend

    Hiya,
I remember stumbling over an interesting tool some time ago. It was open source, and worked as a common frontend for zabbix, nagios, icinga2 etc. The idea behind it is that when you have multiple NMSs you can have them all represented in a single web frontend. Then, when an issue occurs, you click on it in the common frontend and you're then redirected to the relevant NMS' frontend.

But I can't remember what it's called. Can anyone help me out?

    TIA

    /tony

The tool you're thinking of is likely Thruk. Thruk is an open-source web-based monitoring solution that serves as a frontend for multiple monitoring systems, including Nagios, Icinga, Shinken, and Naemon. It provides a unified view of the monitoring data from multiple sources and allows for centralized management and control of alerts and notifications. When an issue occurs, Thruk can redirect users to the relevant monitoring system's frontend for further analysis and troubleshooting. MyGeorgiaSouthern Portal

Myeah.. no.. I don't think it was Thruk. It could grab data from both nagios, icinga2 and zabbix. Thruk doesn't handle zabbix AFAIK.

But thanks for the suggestion, I've stumbled over Thruk before and it's quite cool.
