Having issues with LDAP authentication

Dear All,
Good afternoon
I am trying to authenitcate Zabbix with LDAP, we have done the necessary configuration with the authentication setup , but when we try to test LDAP login, it is throwing error
Like to request, any menthod in which I can get more info of what is happening [ such as log files, or any particular files to check ]

I am pasting here the LDAP test error which we are getting

Like to update, the issues is solved
Only lately I realoized that you need to create users in Zabbix and then configure it for Active directory.
We did and now I checked for Zabbix 6 as well as Zabbix 7 alpha, both the we configured for active directory authentication

That's a failure to read docs, I would say... Its literally on the first line of text (ldap for 6.0)...

LDAP authentication

External LDAP authentication can be used to check user names and passwords. Note that a user must exist in Zabbix as well, however its Zabbix password will not be used.
