"No such file" while monitoring file size with vfs.file.size[]

Hello, i have an item on a host with an item key vfs.file.size["C:\ProgramData\Test\myfile.h2"] . In Zabbix , I'm seeing a red "i" (info) that says "Cannot obtain file information: [2] No such file or directory" when I hover over it. I verified that the path is correct on this server. The file DOES exist.

Additional item info: Zabbix Agent Active (also tried passive). Type of Info - Numeric (unsigned). Everything else I left as default values.

Does anyone know why this file isn't being found by Zabbix?

so I got this working on a non hidden folder "c:\test\textfile.txt" .. The problem appears to be because ProgramData is hidden and the zabbix agent can't see it. I also tried %programdata%. Does anyone have any ideas ?
