MS Teams Webhook - Notification Subject Not Displaying

    Hey all!

We recently moved from Email alerts to MS Team Webhook alerts.

What we have found is that some channels (or actions, not sure what) do not display a preview or the subject of the alert when it posts in to Teams.

    Here is an example:

Name:	Zabbix Notification.png
Views:	406
Size:	13.8 KB
ID:	463624

As you can see, the first alert has no context to the notification. The second one does. Both notifications are the same problem in zabbix.

The two alerts use different media types but the settings are identical (apart from the webhook URL).
Both actions are set up the same.

Any suggestions whether this is a Teams or Zabbix config that needs changing?

    Thanks!

Does anyone have any suggestions on this?
Is there a way to customise the notification in Zabbix? Thanks

You can adjust anything... Message templates under Media config, script under media config, Message under trigger action config...

Hey, thanks for your reply. I dug deeper in to the Media Type script and discovered the offender had
        Code:
        summary: 'Zabbix',
whereas the others that display the subject correctly in the Teams webhook have
        Code:
        summary: params.alert_subject,
I updated the offender and its working now
