Update Problems

Good afternoon to everyone,

Basically i want when i update a problem (change severity or send a message) this update is sending to glpi or email...

How i can do this? I already have the problems when they started and when they are resolved going to email and to GLPi!

Define the update action in your trigger action. You probably have only operations for start and recovery and not for update.

Sorry, i already in trigger action activate the update operation send to glpi/email, but when i change the update (severity or a message) keep don't send the updates...
