Specific Trigger not sending an action.

We have a specific trigger which doesn't seem to trigger an action.

Trigger Event on 26/04/2023 at 22:15






Action which should have been used and works for everything else...





Action Log for that timeframe with no entry for this event (22:15)





Everything seems to be setup correctly, and we receive dozens of alerts a day for other triggers etc, but this one doesn't seem to even attempt to send a trigger as per the action log.

The template with this trigger is linked to other templates which successfully alert when they go down.
