No Graph Data Collection!

Can someone please help me with this situation? I noticed that it is happening with several items, when I display the data graphics it is happening that the information is simply not received and and it creates gaps without information, has anyone seen something like this?

In general - not enough details.
Look in the server/agent logs for any errors. Gaps in the graphs mean that any data is missing during these intervals.
When Item becomes unavailable - there may also be gaps in the graph.
Try using "Internal actions" to make sure the item is always available.
