Zabbix patch and release interchangeability

Not familiar with Zabbix patch and release interchangeability and need some clarification. Situation - currently using Zabbix 5.0.26 (released on 25 July 2022) and encountered performance issue which was reported and fixed https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-13789 . Issue is shown as fixed in 4.0.24rc1, 4.0.24rc2, 5.0.3rc1, 5.0.3rc2, 5.2.0alpha1, 5.2 and was released with Zabbix 5.0.3 (on 24 August 2020) as shown https://www.zabbix.com/rn/rn5.0.3
Questions - because my current version (5.0.26) was released in 2022 - 2 years after Zabbix 5.0.3 - does it include this fix or not? Or I still have to upgrade to 5.0.3. And of course the fix is already included in Zabbix 6.0 and Zabbix 7.0 ?

Of course it does... 26 is way later that 3... As list shows,. it was fixed in all currently present and supported and developed versions.
There can be big changes between versions in code. But we can hope that old bugs are not reintroduced.. So most probably these are also not present in 6 or 7... But there can be some other, new bugs..
