Zabbix screen problem - help

I wanted to know if it possible to add column (new column) to Zabbix problem screen that will show some filed from host inventory data?

Not really, if you don't rewrite it...
But you can kind of get away with adding tags to your events, which get values from inventory. Tags showing is there by default and you can configure view of them also a little bit (display priority and count etc... )
