Zabbix discovery trucked?

I'm using Zabbix 5.0.30 and I needed to add a new host. However, while testing some items, I had to add a network interface discovery item from the Zabbix agent base template multiple times. After testing, I added all the necessary items to a template to finalize and add to my new host. However, the discovery is not creating the items of the interfaces even though there are no errors and I didn't change anything from the Zabbix base template for interfaces. When I click on test button in the discovery, it returns the correct value but does not execute. It seems like the times I executed it before is causing this, but I don't know what to do. I deleted this host, created a new host and still the same
