CPU UTIL 0 value on monitoring but has value on disk and memory and other utilization

Can anyone help me? im using zabbix 6.4 version. and upon applying the config for monitoring on my test pc using zabbix agent. there's no value on cpu utilization but the memory and disk is ok.
is there anyone experiencing this scenario. or zabbix stop supporting this feature? (See attach photo for reference)

But maybe your pc idles? Is the graph also always on 0? What Item you are using for pulling data?
