Monitoring BackupAssist software

Hello,

First of all i am pretty much a newbie when it comes to configuring Zabbix.
I have succesfully created triggers for Windows Services and they work well.

Now what i am hoping to succeed is to monitor the backup of all our customers that are in Zabbix.
The program is BackupAssist that we mainly use for backup purposes.

I have created a template and application and items and triggers.
But no matter what trigger i use.....i dont get anything on the dashboard.

I hope you guys can help me??

I am trying to get the info out of the Eventvwr from the Windows Server 2008/2012.

The Source is BackupAssist and the program uses EventID's for the events:

completed succesfully 5633
completed with warnings 5635
failed with errors 5634
starting 5632

So a failed backup generates a 5634 Error in the Application part of the Windows Logs.

I have tried the following triggers and others but like i said....nothing appears:

What i want is to get the failed backups on the dashboard and that they are automatically removed when a new backup starts.
Also hope to get info on the dashboard when we dont get any information at all for 48 hours

See attached a BackupAssist Template i've used to monitor the Application logs in the eventvwr.
Keep in mind to fill in the Activeserver part in the zabbix agent config.
