Trigger problem - Clipboard Users Service

At the outset, I will point out that I am a relatively new zabbix administrator in my company.We are using self hosted version and client with problem has installed zabbix agent 2 v6.4.2 on the server.

Most triggers work correctly, but with one I have a big problem.

Service "cbdhsvc_1a0be4e617" (Zwischenablage-Benutzerdienst_1a0be4e617) is not running (startup type automatic delayed)
Service "cbdhsvc_1a6145c" (Zwischenablage-Benutzerdienst_1a6145c) is not running (startup type automatic delayed)
Service "cbdhsvc_1b152c71" (Zwischenablage-Benutzerdienst_1b152c71) is not running (startup type automatic delayed)

and about 300 more same warnings with just different number of Zwischenablage-Benutzerdienst (German name for Clipboard Users Service) and every day are coming few more.

I turn them off every day so that they don't obscure other messages that are more important to me.
However, turning them off every day is quite cumbersome and leads to nothing.

Can I (and how) permanently disable this trigger for this type of service ?

Modify template macros. Add that service (cbdhsvc_.*) to ignore list.

I added in a Discovery rule on Tamplate -> windows services discovery -> Filter -> cbdhsvc_[a-zA-Z0-9]*

What did you use in the Macro box when you added this filter?

I have tried {#SERVICE.NAME} and matches cbdhsvc_[a-zA-Z0-9]* but it doesn't seem to be ignoring the clipboard service!

Hey!

I have set the filter to "does not match" in order not to include it in my discovery.

But it is important to delete the items that have been discovered before for the clipboard service, otherwise you will receive warnings on these because they are included in the list and thus also have a trigger.
I just tested it myself about 5 minutes ago. Works perfectly.
