How to set up mysql server and other server monitoring in zabbix server?

What's the step by step guide to do it? Do I need to install zabbix in mysql server in order to monitor it?

Create the template_db_mysql.conf file in the /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/ folder with the content found on this site:
