I am using Ubuntu 22.04 and Zabbix 6.4.2 on 25 proxy servers. On one server I am getting an error, the zabbix agent is the correct version 6.4.2, and it starts without issue. But no data ever gets to the proxy to be sent to the server.
The proxy and the agent exist on the same server
The ubuntu firewall is disabled
The error I am getting is from the agent log file is
unable to connect to [ip address]:10051 cannot connect to [same ip address]:10051: 111 Connection refused
No other information is given. Why would connection be refused? Proxy and agent on same server and firewall is disabled.
What should I be looking for to fix this? I have already uninstalled the agent and reinstalled it a couple of times, issue persists. None of the other 24 servers running the exact same scenario are having the same issue.
