Condition service not running for an hour

Hello,

I have this condition to check if the Windows Defender is running.

last(/ZSBE - Virtual Machine - Windows Server VMWARE/service.info["WinDefend",state])<>0

I want the same condition but if the value is different of 0 for the last hour.

Can you please help me ?
