I have use zabbix to monitor network, I want to create item with name is IP and key is macaddress, I have output from snmp is

"{#SNMPINDEX}": "151060496.1.4.103.16.16.224",
"{#IPNETTOPHYSICALTABLE}": "46:50:7d:ab:c3:ec"
},
now I want to get IP: 103.16.16.224 from [HASHTAG="t5074"]snmpindex[/HASHTAG] to Name of item, anyone can tell me how to do that?
