I see that there is no individual item and trigger for proxy queue. This one in Template App Zabbix Proxy is for general queue, but not only for one proxy.
Maybe are there any variants to monitor queue only on one proxy?

Some additional information: on screenshots, we can see that queue on proxy UA.Z.FORNEX.NINJA for "More that 10 minutes" is 12 hosts. But item from template `Template App Zabbix Proxy` says that queue is 229
