Non-functional SNMP and template for NAS

Hello,

Could someone please advise me why I can't import a template for a NAS device into Zabbix and why my NAS don't work in Zabbix? I follow this guide exactly: https://geekistheway.com/2023/01/01/...zabbix-server/.
I have Zabbix version 5.0.8 and I am trying to upload a template, you can see it in attachment. After clicking on Import, I get the message Imported successfully, but I still don't see it in the templates.

I have a DS918+ NAS device that after configuration still does not communicate via SNMP with Zabbix. Everything is set on NAS, and also in Zabbix, also in attachment.

Based on template it is put into groups "Templates" and "Templates/Modules". It is your job to attach it to host... That is not happening automatically... NAvigate to "Templates" tab in that hosts config and add it...

Hello, thank you for your reply, maybe I did not express myself well and you did not understand me. I know how to assign a template to a host. I have a problem that after importing the template I can't see it among Templates in Zabbix at all. A message is displayed that it was successfully imported, but I can't see it among the teplates, so I can't assign it to the host.
