Missing green ZBX icon (Availability)

Hi,

please can you tell me why I miss green ZBX icon in Hosts?
If I click on grey ZBX it shows me "Active checks - Unknown".

If I check the the Zabbix agent conf file, there is written IP address of Zabbix server in section "Active checks".

Could be a problem with version of Zabbix client?

Any templates added to host? If no, then no checks performed, no idea what agent status is...

Now it works, we have replaced Zabbix client 6.0.18 to 6.4.3 and added rights to read logs and now it works. :-)
